Morning morning
returning to JDK compatibilities… jdk 8 is the least likely to cause you any issues; and you probably don’t require any newer features.
Later JDKs mostly work, but it’ll depend on what you’re doing and what you’re including… e.g. any dependency (transitive or otherwise) that uses javax.xml
will need some extra attention regarding modules…
Likewise any dev tooling you may have loaded in :dev
profiles may cause problems
I’m still updating… jdk12 mostly works, but not always in dev for me
welcome @dainius.jocas
when?
dammit you made me go and check the talk schedule
looks like a good conf
don’t see any mention of cost though
yeah it's quite expensive, but it's consistently been one of the best confs I've been to
is it really bawdy with lots of innuendo?
