@mccraigmccraig - I read in your Juxt interview that you were getting into Lux… What’s the learning curve like? (Full disclosure, I am trying to learn Elixir, don’t really have the spare time, but looked at Lux and thought, this would be awesome; oh I don’t have time… 😞 )
difficult to say @maleghast - if you know a lisp & haskell already it may be quite short. it’s definitely awesome though
Thanks @mccraigmccraig - I was wondering if it would help me grok Haskell, 'cos I know Clojure, but if getting into Lux would be easier knowing a Lisp AND Haskell already then I have my answer :-) One day... ;-)
it’s not particularly haskell - just all the monad stuff. if you grokked lux i think it would def help you grok haskell
once you’ve made sense of lux’s approach to macros though - it’s a real eye-opener
feel free to badger me when you have questions @maleghast
Thanks very much @mccraigmccraig
