there used to be vinyasa.lein, but vinyasa appears to be called lucidity now, and I can’t see that package anymore

@seancorfield far from perfect, and the whole project is my first attempt at Clojure, but an extension to the CLI stuff to cover actions and mandatory options. @mattford i've driven lein from boot (parse project.clj, run tasks), so i bet you can drive it from the repl too, though you may need to include lein in your project deps
