unpacking takes at least 6 months doesn't it ?

I still had an unpacked box somewhere about 10 months after moved in. The elusive last box 😉

Wife eventually threatened me with death if I didn't sort it out 😆

My girlfriend unpacked the whole house whilst I was still recovering on the sofa

I woke up and the house was organised.

It was a very confusing time.

you sure you weren't rohypnoled into doing it all yourself @dominicm ?

@mccraigmccraig 😆 You clearly don't know my girlfriend if you think she'd let me do any of it.

I offered to cook the other night because she was tired & didn't want to. She said I'd cook wrong & put things in the wrong place. She promptly jumped up & started cooking.

I have no words for that

I was genuine in my offer. The problem is that I'm trying to eat healthily, and given: I'm not allowed to cook & she doesn't want to, we end up ordering take out. It's a balance to strike.

Hehe, your relationship sounds similar to mine @dominicm. Honest offers of effort are refused. Mine however is based on a long history of poorly done tasks. Hoovering that 'missed a bit', cooking meals with 'a bit too much cheese' etc.
