Morning. Everyone doing okay after all the Christmas indulgence?

Morning @yogidevbear didn’t indulge, mainly (thanks to kind neighbours) my head was thumping from Christmas Eve.

Had a small Christmas lunch. Made it up with cake. Far. Too. Much. Cake.

I'm not eating again for a week until I've used up the calories.

I was bordering on feeling very ill and stopped myself having more good food. Thankful for it today
