I just spenT a day thinking about how to use specs for human error msgs. i think phrase is interesting but it seems to lack a way to do some rather useful things and makes others somewhat more difficult then then should be. The one problem i can't think around is naturally combining your "for user erorrs" together when you concat specs together.
