Refactor re-frame from global state to modular state is possible, though not very easy, however, there is no response from the author. Maybe he does not think it is a very good idea.
But the core strength of re-frame is its idea, not its implementation, so I am writing my own code to achieve same effect in our project.

During our implementation, reg-sub/subscribe global state brings trouble and make a lot duplicate reg-sub. We should prefer to query a local state or a view of global state.
