I heard that is a really nice conference... too bad I never had the chance to go (yet)
I'll see next year, sounded all really nice, except for some people who didn't drink alcohol, but I think @borkdude idea of also having tea and boardgames is nice, although I would like beer and board games 🙂. For this year I'll still join a lot of colleagues going to Devoxx, but I'll probably want to go to some other conference next year.
It's an idea FOR people who don' like joining parties with alcohol, I don't mind so myself 🙂
it was "triggered" by this tweet: https://twitter.com/radhikamorabia/status/1177993644063637504
There is also great alcohol free beer nowadays. But in that case indeed it makes sense to have a separate non-alcohol room.
ClojuTRE videos are being published as we speak. The clj-kondo talk is here: https://twitter.com/borkdude/status/1178606712389062657
