Mogge... fixing defects.

helios08:06:35

good morning guys

helios08:06:05

Do you know any good resources to become a (good) product owner? Context: I have a non-technical friend (lawyer) who is interested in becoming a non-technical co-founder, but he has never done product development and I want to gift him a book/resource 😉

thomas08:06:52

hmm... no idea I'm 'fraid.

Mno08:06:43

sorry I know nothing of that sector, If I had a product owner I'd ask him

borkdude08:06:11

@helios asked a PO friend of mine, he said: "tell him to give up, there's no company doing agile anyways"

helios08:06:24

Sounds like your PO friend is burned out 😛

helios08:06:15

Anyway, it's not about necessarily agile. It's about how to do product development in general.. it's something we take for granted because we're used to do day after day. 😉

For the record, I also found out this list of resources: https://www.productmanagementtoolkit.com

skuro08:06:27

he's also recommending the series at https://www.mountaingoatsoftware.com/blog

helios08:06:28

Ah right I remember something about them. thanks again Carlo 🙂 and thank your friend

It's a bit more a novel, and a bit more about devops, but I really liked the phoenix project, https://www.bol.com/nl/f/the-phoenix-project/9200000034604635/
