2077 is fixed in 1.9.0-beta1
2066 will only bite you if using reflection and a pretty specific set of circumstances (you are unlikely to encounter it in normal operation)
While this is a great talk about it and I really appreciate all the time Toby has put into working the issues around Java 9, I think this talk also misses a bit of the “how is this likely to affect me in practice” (and it’s now a bit out of date wrt Clojure)
