speaking of! been meaning to introduce myself to the channel here. I'm a longtime madisonian but just getting into clojure this year after admiring it from afar for a long time. figured I ought to say hi to fellow madisonian clojurists, so hi! 👋
what have you done so far with clojure?
nothing too serious so far, mostly just reading and doing Advent of Code problems and whatnot to get familiar with it. biggest thing so far was the thing I made for the Spring Lisp Game Jam back in May (https://caseybrant.com/counterspell/#8345)
(lots of bad clojurescript code in there! but I learned a lot :))
that's cool, congrats
thanks! looking forward to taking some time to come back through and rewrite it outside of the deadline pressure of a game jam, to cement my learning
how many other entries had seeds?
oh, hmm, that's a good question. I played through several of them but I don't recall if any had repeatable seeds off the top of my head
I know many had random generation but not sure about seeds
extra points from me for sure 🙂
