Clojurians Log v2

But I wouldn

But it was also kind of self-sabotage as I wouldn't wanna work in a 100% PHP codebase...

Last summer (2025) I extended Dolibarr (OSS ERP) with a LIMS module. Dolibarr came out in 2003 ? Its core is absolutely rotten 🤮 This thing was not created to be a programming language so what did they expect ? Dolibarr has a module builder... it spits out 1015k just as a starting point. Code reuse ? What is this ? Templating was added later but most of the html is generated using PHP code mixed with form logic. It can't even use Composer... adding a library requires glue code to load classes properly. That shed some light on PHP and nope, never again will I dive in it.
