Good fathers day morning
For my strawberries it's the slugs. And of course they take some bites of every fruit and then go to the next. For me the trick was to just have about 60 plants to have enough fruit since I don't want to work with slug poison
Damn, 60 plants? That's a small farm.
Plus/minus 😅 I got about 15.000 M2 with mostly fruit trees but also a few other things. And my children love to pick strawberries and raspberries directly from the garden
Yeah, hokaido pumpkin

Interesting. Are they outside or in a greenhouse?
outside
I find copper tape or copper mesh helps keep the slugs away. We're trying wool pellets and they seem good so far
Happy Solstice
And morning
Curious to see how they'll develop over summer. Never thought about growing Hokkaido myself before.
yeah we'll see, I have it in a pot cause I don't trust the soil of my city garden. it's a sizable pot but they probably won't get super large
