I was working on food ingredients at work some time ago, and got excited when I realized I could view it as linked data. For instance, https://www.matvaretabellen.no/en/appenzeller-cheese/, a cheese, is made through a https://www.matvaretabellen.no/en/foodex2/A0C6F/.

No — just a graph-traversable spec. I read 10 MB of XML, and got a graph-like structure I could "walk it". Hence "i could view it as linked data", some squinting required.
