from Denmark? That's far south. We had clouds over Oslo last night, I didn't notice anything.

Yeah, they were visible with the naked eye. I could see them clearly just outside my house in Copenhagen.

Second photo got the colors quite nicely, though!

I have better photos of the colours, but they are not focused well due to the darkness so they look blurry, unfortunately.

it was too cloudy in Tayside to see it. Lots of good pics from around us tho

I missed it, but there were some spectacular sightings over Belgium as well.

missed it as well. and we had a clear sky last night I think 😞

We've had a couple of chances over the last couple of years, and we managed to miss it every time 😞

I even took some photos of the aurora from south of Stuttgart. I was just a dark red glow with plain eyes, but clearly visible on the photos of my mobile phone camera. It was Kp8 when I checked Space Weather.

@thomasmoerman My wife also went out last night to see if she could spot it, but it was all gone unfortunately 😞

It was cloudy here last night so didn't get to see any, but to my surprise a really nice display was on this morning at 7am!

(this was from my mobile phone. hopefully there'll be some high KP values with along clear skies and time to bring some camera equipment and warm clothes to a suited place!)
