Morning!
Good morning all
a meagre 1-2 hours of sleep for me last night. Every time I was about to fall asleep, a child started making a fuss in the other room. :man-shrugging:
Ah I expected a picture of a slug eating your neighbour, but this makes more sense :)
There is a ton of hedgehogs around where I live and my dog must sniff all of them by pulling the leash with all its force. So if you want to find all of them in your yard, lmk 😂
aww little fella
Hedgie was pretty startled when the light came on last night. They looked at me, said nope, turned around and scuttled there to hide (poorly)
I wonder if they'd consider taking out your the other pest species in your garden
The slug's are pretty intense in our garden this summer and I've got to admit we're being a bit brutal with them I'm afraid
Same here, I puncture all of them. Invasive species.

Morning
Last night (I'm on late 🦉 season) I enjoyed setting myself out to implement and deploy a feature in 1h, with that hard limit. That was the most coding fun I recall in a long time, it kind of brings out the same parts of the mind that are triggered on competitive sports, stuff like that Maybe I'll make a sporadic habit out if it?
> Just job interviews oh yes yesterday's feeling as kind of like in a cool interview where I'm live-coding a problem against the lock
> Is competitive programming always about math? I figure it's low-level stuff that can be ranked, and not stuff like "who made sensible tradeoffs and elegant designs"
Here's a competitive fun problem - you have 1h to implement a web server implementing some HTTP API, the server which handles the highest rate wins
