Morning!
Morning
Just demo-ed interactive programming to a team (demo-ing nbb, bun, sqlite) - they were happily surprised 🙂 “but Clojure is not very popular is it??” BTW Slides via Clerk was a big win.

@eval2020 It’s annoying that popularity has to be such a huge factor to so many.
I suppose at some level it's a career decision. Why should I invest time into something I probably won't find a job for when I could invest time into <insert popular tech> and get a high paying job easily?
I can see the reasoning indeed. Not sure if the actual tech they work with would pass the popularity-filter 😉
We are currently feeling this pain with a potential client (with a turnover of more than 5.000 million euros/year). They very much like our Clojure-based tech stack, but Clojure's popularity is an issue for them. We will try to build a small webapp so we can prove Clojure's value.
Good morning!
