yeah, but it’ll be ok. It’s a difference of 1 percentage point and it may sort of balance out in the long run, but just sucks to have to pay more every month. If the interest rate experiences a significant fall down the line, we should be able to refinance. 🤞

I've been there 20 years ago and was also on Mull. Very nice. We even had perfect weather, got a sun burn. 🥵

We've also been to Mull and Iona (also sunburn)
