It’s nice for 48 hours but I find that’s my limit now, so busy. Cities aren’t my idea of fun really.

I get that - I like to be able to get out of the city as much as I like to be able to get in 😉

Looks like a ramshackle place to be. I bet the roofs don't line up, it was falling down, and they ran out of money. I hear it took ages to build as well. They kept changing the architecture too

I got to the station at 3:30pm so I could hang out there for a bit. I love it there. But I was a nerdy train spotter in my youth.

I recognised that instantly! Been there quite a few times. The English side of my family hails from Grimsby-Cleethorpes, so we’ve often taken a daytrip to (either Lincoln or) York during Easter visits.

I’ve also visited the viking museum once 😛
