Good morning. The heat wave is over for now. -14 C again. Venus is shining so bright it looks unreal.
too much cloud this morning to see Venus, but it has been very, very bright in the mornings
My star map shows six planets lined up pretty close to each other (within 45 degrees of something) close to the horizon in the morning. Hoping that in a few days we will be able to see four of them in the sky. Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, and Mars. That would be first for me.
Morning
we got a light dusting of snow last night, looks very pretty at the moment, but won't last very long I suspect.
Morning. Heatwave is on in the south of England. It was a balmy 0°C on the way to the station this morning 🔥
-15c back in our now empty home in Sweden - 0c in our new home in geneva. Good timing for a relocation I guess 🙂

No meaningful snow in Strathard (my bit of Stirling) yet, but there's still a day's worth forecast...
Lovely new snow cover last night 🙂
For Danish,
(= :sner :snowing)
(= :sne :snow)
(= :sneen :the-snow)
Morning. Snow watch update from the North of England. Manchester has snow, but Sheffield does not.
Yet more proof, as if any were needed, that Manchester is on the correct side of the Pennines! 😉
@U08ABGP70 there is a right side of the Pennines, which has Yorkshire. The other side is clearly wrong.
You think you know a guy... I am prepared to agree to disagree, but I do need to refute this idea that Yorkshire is on the correct side of the Pennines at least the once... Lancashire, is the correct side of the Pennines, the promised land of joy and wonder that has everything going for it, specifically Hotpot, Oven Bottom Muffins, Barm Cakes, Lancashire Cheese, the Fylde Coast, The Trough of Bowland, and many more great and distinct offerings, not least of which is Peter Kaye, Rick Astley, George Formby and Barbara Castle
Very snowy bike ride home from lunch, low visibility
