I have no colleagues or friends and family in Ukraine but still… fuck Putin and let's have solidarity with the Ukrainian and, yes still the Russian people.

I somehow held off reading about Ukraine all day yesterday, but couldn’t keep myself from spending all evening getting an overview of the whole thing. I am quite impressed with the Ukranian president and the Ukranian defence.
Good morning 🙂
Morning! This week has been school winter holiday. Which means the kids don’t go to school, which means I don’t have to get up at 0700 to ensure they’re awake. Which means I could sleep in til 0830 and be at the home office by 0900, having my coffee in perfect solitude. That’s a good morning!
our school holiday starts today... one week of relaxed good morning to look forward to
He's not called Puddles
How many words for puddles do you have in English? In Swedish I know two: 1. vattenpöl, by far the most common, could also be used for <some-other-liquid>pöl 2. vattenpuss, young people look at me like if I'm a dinosaur when I use it, it's for small puddles and maybe a bit more poetic. Puss means kiss (not the deep kind), but I don't know if it means that in this word.
none afaik and I just checked the thesaurus and yeah, none
there might be some dialect words but nothing in the standard
And yet poems and nursery rhymes are full of puddles. So maybe it's already poetic enough :)
Indeed. It's very beautiful. Maybe it isn't poets that make up synonyms, come to think of it.
It looks like he's vomiting up that puddle - looks like water coming from his mouth....
Art amirite
My dog is disapponted in me. Gets blood drawn today for tests, no food before that. Pure despair.

"I don't see what the big deal is with this weighted blanket, I'll just try it for a bit" Falls asleep immediately. Should come with a warning
A blanket weighing around 7-11 kg No idea why it works so well, probably some primordial mechanism
Here's something to cheer y'all up, hopefully.... Play online with CLJS and Reagent in CodePen via #scittle :) https://codepen.io/Prestance/pen/PoOdZQw Thanks @admin055 for figuring that one out.
