@borkdude did you know that morning a materialised view? It gets rebuilt overnight.

In my case it's lazily loaded

In our house I notice that the the batch job frequently overruns or crashes

you should rebuild to a new table and then rename the tables if/when the job succeeds... maybe no-one will notice the stale you ?
