@ordnungswidrig are people using Gather as posted the other day in off-topic? I've started to play with it at work (as an experiment) and it's pretty neat.
I have no experience with Gather. I find the idea tempting, though
I was going to see if I can jump into the space that was announced in off-topic, just to have a look-see
it's a bit fun, since it's spacially aware, so you only hear people that you walk up to and are close with.
Used a lot by conferences – e.g. the https://clojured.de/registration/ – and we (doctronic) use it for our company parties. I really like it a lot.
