Morning Euroclojurists. I am on full-time paternity leave with my newborn until March so I haven't and won't be checking in here again until I'm back at work.
Congratulations! 😄
Congratulations!
Here he is just a few days old. Feels great to have become a dad, but the new sleep schedule is hard to get used to.
awww 😄
Yeah, the first week was especially hard for us. I hope you find some good tricks for putting him to rest. A stretch wrap was awesome for our kid, especially in the first week, that was the only thing that was guaranteed to put him to rest, and then we figured out to swaddle him and that was great, too.
Congratulations! Parenting is to me a lot like software development: a lot of experts around who have no clue about your particular situation. In the end you need to figure out yourself. 😛 And a carrying sling is awesome to haul your kid around.
As a father of five, I would advise not to listen so much to the experts, and then advice to read and listen to Jesper Juul. 😀
