Clojurians Log v2

fyi, we will be shutting down the https://build.clojure.org site next week and migrating that CI functionality somewhere else (still TBD but the leading choices are probably moving to Github actions or a private Jenkins server). In either case, the process for project owners will change and we will communicate that when things are more settled.
