FYI: @dpsutton noticed that the old Clojure Contrib (monolithic) README had links to http://dev.clojure.org which no longer exists so I've updated the links to point to the new /dev/contrib_libs page, which also explains how to take over a module as maintainer (so that line in the old readme has been removed since it linked to another non-existent page). Wasn't sure where to link the Maven configuration to, so that line was removed too.
