Does “vetted” in JIRA mean: the solution is agreed upon, now write the patch? or: the patch has been vetted, it’s only a matter of time before it’s merged?

vetted = Rich agrees this is a good problem to solve

screened = screener believes this is a good solution to the problem

prescreened = screener thinks the problem is good and this is probably a good patch (but Rich has not yet vetted) - this can sort of “fast-track” things by doing them out of order
