are tickets that add better “native” Clojure support for Java Streams (such as making streams seqable) and Lambdas (smoother interop between Clojure fns and FunctionalInterfaces) on the table after Clojure 1.10, since Java 8 is now the minimum version?

is this something the core team is interested in?
