Clojure 1.8.0 is now in production on all servers at World Singles!

seancorfield00:01:23

That’s with direct linking enabled on all code. We were previously on RC2 without direct linking.

Anything interesting to report with direct linking?

seancorfield00:01:17

Nothing so far. The only thing it "broke" was five unit tests that needed ^:redef added to key functions that were being mocked.

We’ll have to see how it all performs under production load now.

(and we also switched out Leiningen in favor of Boot as part of this build — so lots of things we’d previously done with Ant and/or shell scripts is now boot some-task)

@seancorfield: I got excited for a second thinking one of your sites was http://EligibleGeeks.com

seancorfield20:01:15

That is one of our (90+) sites yes @meow

Oh wait. I misread that! LOL! Needs an 'r'... 😃
