has a release date been announced yet for 1.8 ?

I'm happy to have a longer testing time tho'... I suspect a lot of people don't even test new releases until at least an RC appears (and many don't seem to test until a formal release happens).

We have RC2 in production right (since 11/23).

Yeah we are stalling through the holidays

I think there will be one more rc next week and then we will prob wait a week or so after that

I think our schedule for production builds will mean we'll be able to get the gold release in before our next build then
