@alexmiller: I would add 'beginner friendliness' which includes docs, error messages, but also a good website with guides, eventually a standard webstack (Pedestal)
@alexmiller: I played around with Scala Play2 framework and I found they have good docs and upgrade guides, etc. Could be an example for Clojure
