Hello all!
cc @bkamphaus, @chris441, @danielglauser. I was so happy to meet other CO folks at the conj… it would be great to spin up the conj, and also think about some slightly-further-north options to hang out for Boulder-based Clojure dads like me that would appreciate alternating between the bigger meetup and something more local

I suggested to @danielglauser that we aim for August to start up Den of Clojure etc on a recurring schedule. Of course if anyone wants to hack together in Boulder, or do something totally un-Lisp-related (we all know the CO menu of climbing, bike, run, hike, coffee etc), I’m down
Wow, after four years I thought I was the only one here. 😄
(I’m in North Boulder by the Lucky’s on Baseline)

Happy to help getting in person meetings going again. My biggest challenge was the folks helping me organize moved away and it was hard to find folks to present or to lead sessions. Boulder, Denver, I think whoever leads a session, meetup, hack time, gathering, they get to choose the location that’s most convenient for them.
I’ve had good luck booking things at coworking shops like Galvanize. The Turing School in Denver has always been supportive.
One thing the Cryptarado community does is they have hiking meetups, given how outdoorsy folks tend to be I think something like that could work for us too.
I don’t mind opening up the Den of Clojure on meetup to anyone who wants to help out.
@sritchie09 I just made you the co-organizer, let’s do this.
