Regarding the submission form: there is a field for "Recorded talk" with the description "Please provide a link to either a previous recorded talk or a short (<2 min) video of you describing your talk". Is the intent there for the "previous recorded talk" to be the talk I am submitting, just given before, or any previous talk as an example of my speaking skills?
