As someone who did go to Conj, I only attended two talks each day -- the "hallway track" was particularly good this year 🙂 Having the livestream be able after the conference, so folks could wind back to any point and watch any talk was great (at this point, I've watched almost every talk). I hope the livestream / $10 ticket approach happens for future Conj too.

(and I'll probably watch several talks again, once they're in the final, edited form!)
