Was the conj a success?

As an attendee, I'd definitely say it was a success! I attended more sessions this year than I normally do because the content was so good. Usually, I attend just 1 or 2 sessions each morning and each afternoon and spend the rest of the time in the "hallway track", but I attended most session slots this time because I really wanted to see the talks live and in person. The venue is a fascinating place (Conj was there in 2013, previously). The hotel was really nice. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. And the venue was up on a hill, about 15 minutes walk from the hotel so I got over 9,000 steps in every day 🙂

110 steps, but who was counting 🫠 hallway track was really fun and I enjoyed the talks. this was my first time attending a conj. left with a bunch of new ideas. definitely hope to join next year.

I still wonder how you book a place like that. I say it half jokingly, but it would be killer for a birthday party

Once you get past the secret Freemason handshake, the rest of the process is pretty standard rental agreement stuff.
