My plan is to take the red eye on the 22nd, attend the unsessions, stay the nights of 23/24/25, and have a leisurely checkout and return flight on the 26th. Depending on the distance you're traveling and how much you want to attend the unsessions, will determine whether you want to arrive on the 22nd or the 23rd, so it's good that the room block rate covers the 22nd as well. Some people with shorter journeys will be able to leave on the evening of the 25th and skip that hotel night. Or could decide to miss some of the sessions that day.
