Yeah, unfortunately, there were a lot more "available for jobs" posts in the conj discord than actual openings. The story is basically "times are tough for everyone." It doesn't mean there are no opportunities, but basically no one needed to go to the Conj hunting for talent.

I recall one small-ish company hiring, or at least giving business cards at the Conj saying they are hiring. It was ATA, but that is the only one I can think of at the moment.
