Akamai hosted until I retired from there, then @tbl got us a conference room at The Broad Institute for many meetings. (If we have any members working there it would be a great place to resume in person meetings!) One of our most active participant companies was Reify Health, but I think they’re all remote. In short, I don’t know of any likely candidates. If anyone out there is listening who has a local office, please consider hosting! There are also public venues that can be reserved, for example the Armory in Somerville (https://artsatthearmory.org/venue-rental/event-contact-form/) has hosted meetups for other groups. I’m sure there are other places like that.
