I frequent the data science page for clojure and looks like all the devs are super busy earning money (reality kicks in) and not that much progress despite of huge possibilities.

The eco system depends on java libraries ...shame as core.matrix could have been a great answer for machine learning. The main author behind core.matrix is a machinelearning guy named mikera..I have been trailing him over the internet and there is only promises of a deep learning library with 2/3

with 2/3 years old github repos.
