Factor House | Software Engineer | Full Time | Melbourne, Australia | 

We are an independent software house and we build tooling for distributed systems engineers. Our flagship products are Kpow for Apache Kafka and Flex for Apache Flink.

We are hiring for multiple software engineering roles including core product development and internal crm product development. Our software is written in Clojure (full stack) and experience on the JVM and and/or with React is preferred.

Core technologies and frameworks that we work with include Kafka, Flink, AWS/ECS/EKS, Kube/Helm, Terraform/Docker, and of course lots of Clojure/CLJS/CLJC.

We operate a warm, engaging, respectful team environment. You will be working with experienced engineers with a focus on low-process, quality delivery. 

We love to ship features to our users and win new customers. This is a Melbourne-based position with flexible WFH options, expect 1-2 days week in-office (Northcote) initially.
