Congrats on the offer @iecya 🙂 20 days is standard but nothing forbids you from negotiating 25 🤷 Not sure how common / easy it is to obtain, though!

(and I guess if that fails, you could still try to get 5 days of unpaid leave if you really need / want those 5 extra days off of work)
