I think we will try for the Conj next year, but also planning a London trip for some EU conferences and it's hard to manage everything with little kids too..

I have done this while coordinating around little kids, so I empathize there! However, there is a bonus you can look forward to: I presented at :ClojureD in Berlin last June, and I took my 18 year old son with me. It was my favorite trip for a conference ever! A long way off for you, but something to look forward to
