Morning! I tried Zulip a few years ago but found the organization of threads a bit confusing. I should give it another try, I guess. Having full history is important, but as @lsenjov mentioned, you need a critical mass to make it worth switching (or checking it as often as Slack ^^)

Honestly I’m waiting for the point slack says “Anyone with more than X monthly active users needs to start paying”

And watch as everyone jumps fast to another solution
