Hiya! Looking at this now. I'm bringing up a new instance that should be ready in a few minutes.

Actually, it's up now.

Sorry about this; there is some issue that causes the instance to become unresponsive, and I haven't been able to figure out what it is. I'm travelling this weekend, but hope to have time next weekend to dig in to it more.

Sorry folks! It's back up now. I'm putting a possible remediation in place now.

I've moved to a bigger instance in an attempt to mitigate this, but I don't really know yet why it is hanging, so I don't know if this will actually help.
