Clojars "forgot password" instantly gives `429 Too Many Requests` without ANY login attempts. Had the same yesterday but figured it'd go away after not trying for a while.

Ah, crud, I know what is causing this. I'll fix it later today. The workaround is to load https://clojars.org/forgot-password, wait > 30 seconds, then submit your email address. Sorry about that!
