There is an rsync capacity

The repo is about 40-50GB

Bandwidth for rsync is ~free, pretty sure Rackspace doesn't meter it, I think we get a bunch included

If you can maintain the rsynced files somewhere else then that would probably be the easiest, but it would be wasteful and take ages if you need to rsync them every time
