It seems my request for JFrog to mirror Clojars on JCenter has been completed. I haven't tested this yet as I am away on holiday, but if it is working then my development behind the corporate firewall just got a lot simple (and I can finally upgrade to Leiningen 2.8.x). Will confirm next week when I am back at work.
