there's a been a request to make Krell a bit more tweakable - I'm pondering it

not interested in supporting all these things at all from the main repo - but I'm not against allowing some library to customize index.js for some other style of project

goal would be, you want Krell + Expo, just add bob.smith/krell.expo to your project and this would work
