Should I be using the npm package @jumpn/react-native-jetifier or jetifier for my RN 0.59 (re-natal) project? (My android build fails with the @react-native-community/netinfo package using jetifier but works with @jumpn/react-native-jetifier)

Looks like I just had the wrong postinstall hook for jetifier. Works both ways now.
