cant seem to get hot reloading to work

maybe this is an issue with watchman; I can't get fb-watchman path added to my system ( w10 )

Are you using re-natal? Then figwheel will do the live reloading for you and you can’t use hot code reloading

figwheel is stuck at "Prompt will show when Figwheel connects to your application" doesn't show the figwheel repl after that

I did get watchman added correctly tho

oh and yea I'm using re-natal
